Q: What are eyelash extensions?

A: The application of True eyelash extensions are individual, semi-permanent synthetic fibers bonded to each individual eyelash until the natural eyelash sheds. The individual extensions are applied one at a time and according to the natural lash growth phase including length, curl and diameter. -The Lash411.

Q: Will they damage my natural lashes?

A: No. When applied correctly lash extensions have a positive effect on lash growth. Especially if the client wore mascara previously. Mascara clumps lashes together, giving no space for eyelashes to grow. Stunts growth and pulls them out when one lash grows faster than the other.

Q: How long do they last?

A: Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness and shape. When 40-50% of the extensions are out. During your appointment grown out lashes are also taken off and replaced.

Q: How can i prepare for my lash appointment?

A: Arrive on time with no eye make up or mascara on. Please avoid caffeine before your lash appointment. You are more than welcome to bring headphones or a blanket!

Q: How long does my appointment take?

A: Full sets can take anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on client’s natural lash health and density.

Q: What is the aftercare?

A: Wash daily. No picking and twisting lashes. No oil products around your eyes. No curling. No mascara.
