Who can get Powder Brows?

Includes but is not limited to:

-Must be 18 or older.

-No allergies to pigmentation or makeup

-No eczema/soriasis or undiagnosed rashes/blisters on brow area

-No glaucoma or blood thinning medication

-No active skin cancer on brow area

-No Transmittable blood condtions

-No history of high blood pressure or diabetes

-No skin medications/steroids that thin skin

-No active (within 42 days) chemo or radioactive therapy treatment

-Not Pregnant or lactating

-Not prone to epilepsy or faint spells
